Institute of Public Administration (IPA)

SmartEarth has established a strategic partnership with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) to deliver capacity building and training in developing countries.  The IPA is the Irish national school of Government, established over 50 years ago and is recognised internationally as a centre of best practice in teaching and research for public administration and public management.
